Bernard van Vuuren, our founder is a human factors and behavioural specialist with 27 years of experience in various industries. He studied Design Thinking through MIT Sloan School of Management in the USA in 2019 and completed his PhD in 2005 at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in Belgium, and his Masters at the University of Pretoria in 1998.
Our values revolve around a commitment to innovation and excellence and to add measurable value to our clients. We develop relationships built on loyalty and trust and believe in building our business on the principles of God’s Word.
We are further proudly South African, and believe that although our programmes need to be locally relevant for our local clients, we need to be internationally competitive and on the forefront of tested innovation strategies. Our aim is to work with clients across Africa and around the world from our base in South Africa.
